Applications
The application form can be found here.
Your application needs to be endorsed by your National Scout Organisation (NSO) and then be send to the Regional Scout Office of the Region to which your NSO belongs. The Regional Decision Committee of that Region will recommend or reject the application.
Once selected you, as an Adams Scholar, will receive the leadership training at a venue in the United States and later years possibly at a venue any where in the world. But your learning will not end here. As part of the training you need to bring the learned skills back to your country with the intent that you will mentor successive groups of young Scout leaders as well as enhance your community service project.
